Who we are

Solana LDN ("Solana", "we") runs house music events in London, Manchester and Ibiza. We decide how the details you give us on this site are used. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Your full name, email address and mobile number.
• Your confirmation that you're 18 or over and that you're happy to hear from us, with the date, time and exact wording you agreed to when you signed up.
• How you found the page (for example an Instagram link or a QR code).

How we use it

• To email you about Solana events, tickets and tables.
• To message you on WhatsApp about Solana events.
• To keep a record of what you agreed to, so we can show we have your permission.

We rely on your consent for marketing messages. You can withdraw it at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email us.

Who else handles it

• Supabase, which stores the sign-up list on servers in London.
• Mailchimp (Intuit), which sends our emails. Mailchimp may process data in the United States under recognised safeguards for international transfers.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and helps block spam sign-ups.

We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're on our list. If you unsubscribe from everything or ask us to delete your details, we remove them, keeping only a minimal record that you opted out, so we don't contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
